Refund policy

Since you sell $60 fine art prints, a "No Refunds / All Sales Final" policy is standard practice for independent artists, provided you cover damages.

Importantly, Meta and Shopify both require a specific Refund Policy to be published before they will approve your shop for the Facebook/Instagram tab.

Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our prints are fine art reproductions and often made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or if the artwork does not fit your space as expected. We encourage you to review all item descriptions and measurements carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in our work and want you to be thrilled with your new art. If your item arrives damaged or has a clear printing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

  • Reporting Damage: Please email us at Marie.Dannyelles.Handmade.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirements: You must include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged print and the original packaging it arrived in.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will ship a replacement of the same item to you immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with your neighbors and your local post office. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after a successful delivery. If the package is officially declared "Lost in Transit" by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist you with a claim and a replacement.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered the printing or shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled.
